Abstract:

Anzali port is one of the important ecological site which is under sever stress of oil exploitation of neighboring countries and shipping in Caspian Sea. Fishing vessel and boating activity for tourism transportation introduce a large amount of oil into starry and coastal area that imposes significant and permanent stress to marine biota. One year survay conducted on hydrocarbon and heavy metal level of the commercial ship station in port and in rout of fishing vessel and biota. Sample collected from (Anzali roga, Mojshakan and coastal area) and heavy metal were extracted by liquid –liquid extraction MIBK/APDC (APHA, 1992) and the concentration determined by flame atomic absorption except mercury while used cold vapor system and flameless atomic absorption. ASTM and ROPME were used to extract (TPH) and IR was used to determine the TPH level. This results showed that the seasonal average concentration of TPH were 2.214 mg/l and maximum level 20.1 mg/l were detected in mostly polluted site of Anzali roga . The seasonal average of heavy metal for Cu, Pb, Cd, Zn, Cr, and Hg were 0.614, 0.032, 0.006, 0.298, 0.004 and 0.015 mg/l respectively.
