Abstract:

در فضای رقابتی امروز که تمامی سازمان ها به دنبال آن هستند تا عملکرد بهتری نسبت به سایر رقبا داشته باشند و بتوانند سهم بازار خود را حفظ کرده و یا حتی ارتقا دهند، رهبری، نقشی اساسی و حیاتی را ایفا می کند. نظریه های گوناگونی در علم نوین مدیریت مطرح شده است که یکی از آنها رهبری مشارکتی است. این شیوه هبری که در مقابل رهبری سنتی یا سلسله مراتبی قرار دارد، به تعاملات و تاثیرگذاری همه افراد گروه یا سازمان اشاره دارد. در این مقاله ابتدا سیر تاریخی طی شده رهبری مشارکتی را بیان کرده و سپس مفهوم به اشتراک گذاری رهبری را مورد بررسی قرار خواهیم داد. در ادامه این نوع رهبری را در قالب ساختارهای افقی و عمودی مورد واکاوی قرار داده و در اخر نیز به این نوع رهبری در تیم ها اشاره خواهیم کرد.
