Abstract:

Trust has been suggested to play a vital role in acceptance of e-banking. internet banking indeveloping countries particularly in Iran . The aim of this research was to investigate the effect of trustantecedents on adoption of internet banking in Iran .The main purpose of this study was to examinethe trust factors that impact the acceptance of internet banking by Iran customers. Specifically, thisstudy examined the antecedents of trust in internet banking, the connection between trust and itsantecedents and the influence of trust in acceptance of internet banking.This study tested empirically the antecedents of trust that influence adoption of internet banking. Atotal of 1500 questionnaires were administered to Melli bank customers in the city of Tehran, Iran.DATA Mining was utilized to analyze the data. The main goal Trust data mining algorithm is to getbest algorithms that describe given data from multiple aspects. The algorithms are very necessary forintend an automatic classification tools. With help of automatic design tools to reduce a wait in line atthe experts .The results of this study highlight the importance of trust in adoption of internet banking. The findingsrevealed that benevolence, ability, integrity and good reputation have significant impact on trust inacceptance of internet banking.
