خلاصه مقاله:
Problems such as traffic congestion and environmental sustainability are forcing us to review our long term plans for transport, whose aim should be to develop and improve safety,security and effectiveness of the transportation based on Internet of Things(IOT). The consequences of traffic accidents are notonly limited to road travellers (congestion, delays), but may also affect the area surrounding the incidents, or instance, the releaseof chemical substances, fire and etc. The lack of a real-time evaluation of the stimulus consequences of an event, as well as of its broader consequences for the surrounding region, in terms ofsecurity, hinder the decision-makers capability to answer effectively to an event and to manage its consequences. Afterknow the great potential of IOT in supporting traffic management and construe space–time geography, the paperfocuses on the use of IOT in supporting event management, with specific consideration to transport security. this is paper, highlighting the advantages and limitations of this technology in the field of transport security.
