This research shows that the Knowledge Management (KM) is regarded as a basic capability in the organization that by its assistance the Information Technology (IT) influences the company’s performance. This article, from the large organizations’ viewpoint, specifies that how the companies should manage and organize their IT resources in order to increase the company’s KM capability, and does the KM capability influences the company’s performance and how? This research investigates the IT relationship in the company’s business units and its improvement by the KM and consequently improving the company’s performance. The data is taken from 250 financial assets belonging to 1000 companies that offer experimental research for the hypotheses.
