Abstract:
In the 21st century, knowledge as the most important asset of companies and organizations is considered active and competitive. Knowledge Management (KM) in the organizations provides the advantage that the organizations have been dynamic and affecting on the market, instead of being static and impressionable. The main task of KM is to create the conditions for identification, acquisition, maintenance and using the intellectual capital in the company. Decision Making (DM) process based on existing knowledge is discussed as one of the most important managers activities in organizations. Nowadays, DM is not only based on specific criteria but also in the DM process evaluated several indicators that have been effect on the final results. This paper aims, by using Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) method as part of Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) to provide technique for the establishment of Knowledge Management in order to improve the evaluation and ranking of individuals based on emotional intelligence (EQ).
