In the present study has attempted to investigate the effect of management factors on job satisfaction and mental health among teachers in the district 14 in Tehran, The sampling staff consisted of a total teachers in District 14 of Tehran, through random sampling, of which 265 people, including teachers in District 14 for at least one year served and wish to complete the questionnaire were included in the study out.
