خلاصه مقاله:
The design and synthesis of novel eugenol ether derivatives including β-hydroxypropyl-bonded azole frameworks as new analogs of β-adrenoceptor antagonists have been described. In this synthesis, the reaction of eugenol with epichlorohydrin afforded the corresponding eugenol ethers 13 and 14. Subsequently, the N-alkylation of several bioactive azoles with adducts 13 and 14 led to the desired eugenol derivatives 15 in good yields.
