In this study, a mathematical model for the behavior of fluidized bed reactors ethylene dichloride, hydrodynamic and synthetic substrate was divided into two sub- models , each behavior was examined separately , calculating the necessary parameters bubble bed reactor were diagnosed and the Theory Tuesday fuzzy proposed by Kunni & Levenspiel used except that the diameter of the bubbles was not assumed constant but the mean line over the reactor is calculated , as well as the proposed mechanism of reaction formation of ethylene dichloride by Wachi & Yousuke base was placed , but Mr. Wachi and colleagues respond assumed to have negligible side , but this side reaction rate constant with respect to the experimental data obtained from Abadan Petrochemical calculated rate equation Mr. Wachi were modified.Reaction on Three-phase bubble, cloud and emulsion occurs with increasing temperature and inlet gas velocity and keeping the rest of parameters in a multi-step, the substrate was studied and the conversion of ethylene and impurities produced in each experiment was calculated, thus determining the parameters of dynamic and synthetic, proper mathematical models were selected, And using this model to calculate the percent conversion of ethylene and its actual value is based on data obtained from Abadan Petrochemical reactors compared in different situations, and the percentage error was also calculated.
