In this paper we propose an innovation startegy model for Iranian organizations. At first, by menioning the importance role of innovation in 21st centory's organizations and reviewing innovation model proposed in past, we discuss about main factors thet affect on innovation, by using the finding of previous researches in this area particular problem in Iranian organizations build a strategic model that based upon "4p" and "EFQM" model. Finally, we propose some recommendations for implementation of this model and beating on operative problems of different parts in this model.
