خلاصه مقاله:
The present research aims at producing a stable keratin dispersion in water. The dispersion is prepared in the presence of Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethan (Tris). Response surface methodology (RSM) is used for the design and analysis of the experiments. According to analysis of variance (ANOVA), quadratic mathematical model is best fitted to the experimental data. The model is thenoptimized and Tris to keratin ratio of 0.09 is reported as an optimal condition. Since keratin is unsolvable in water, the achieved stable keratin dispersion can be useful for different scientific areas.
