Abstract:

This paper has focused to make clear the key factors of solar cell industry structure in the world by reviewing of leading countries' approach for the technical and economic issues of global and regional market. This paper also presents the classifications of nanotechnology applications in the field to define road map and guidelines for implementations. To achieve these purposes, the industrial and scientific activities of leading countries in nano photovoltaic systems through the scientific articles and industrial patents were analyzed.
