خلاصه مقاله:
In this study finned-tube radiator in perkins diesel engine 1006 model have been analyzed in matlab Software via experimental test's. Geometrical parameters of this radiator were reported with 0.01 mm precision caliper. Physical properties of air and water and also properties of cupper-brass material in temperature changing between -50 to 110 Celsius were applied to improve the thermal results. For measuring thermo-hydraulic performance, use the E−NTU method. Division of formulations put in matlab software. As we know thermal duty that must be dissipated is around 70 kw, waterside mass flow rate measured by electrical 2inch water meter, airside volume flow rate measured by AVM07 PROVA Anemometer. Our results from analytical model show that, there is a good approximation between the reported results from the radiator company and that of analytical conclusions. Our improved code can be applied for any Gasoline or Diesel engine which work in usual situations
