Abstract:

این تحقیق نوعی تحقیق مفهومی به شمار می اید وهدف آن ایجادشناختی ژرف تر ازنقش عوامل اثرگذار برفرایندهای مربوط به تغییر استراتژیک است فرایندهایی که علی الظاهر ازیکدیگر جدا و درفازهای متفاویت محقق میشوند ولی درحقیقت رابطه ای معنادار و درهم تنیده بانقش افرینی عوامل مختلف بویژه مدیرعامل دارند دراین تحقیق جهت شکل دهی شناختی معنادار ازتغییر استراتژیک نظریات مختلف ازصاحبنظران درحوزه تغییر و مدیریت تغییر مرور شده و پس ازجمع بندی و یکپارچه سازی درقالب یک چارچوب مفهومی ارایه گردیده است نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد که چارچوب مفهومی تغییر استراتژیک شامل زیرفرایندهای اغاز تغییر استراتزیک و پیاده سازی تغییر استراتژیک با تاکید ویژه برنقش مدیرعامل می باشد ازنتایج عملی تحقیق حاضر بکارگیری مدیرانی است که ویژگیهای مطلوب را هم دراغاز تغییر و هم درپیاده سازی آن داشته باشند
