The index for measuring loyalty to a destination has been a challenging issue among researchers. Thepresent study develops a theoretical background in this respect. All the underlying theoretical backgroundhas been taken into consideration. Soccer premier leagues` authorities in Iran are supposed to considerspectators and fans` concerns in to consideration in order to substantiate their destination loyalty.
