خلاصه مقاله:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizationalstructure(Structural dimensions) and psychological empowerment among the employees oftehran payam noor university. Present research in terms of research objectives is practical andwith descriptive-correlative method has been implemented. The population of this study is 240employees of Payam Noor University of Tehran , in order to estimate the sample size we usedmorgan's table. According to the size and number of statistical tables , a total of 148 of theemployees of tehran payam noor university were taken.To collect data spreitzer's empowermentquestionnaire and Robbinz 's organizational structure questionnaire were applied and thenanalyzed . To analyze data and to test the hypothesis we used Spearman 's Correlation coefficientand Multiple regression analysis.Finding clearly demonstrate that organizational structure anddimensions of it (Complexity,Formalization,centralization) have significant relationship withpsychological empowerment among the employees of tehran payam noor university .The resultsalso show among the factors of organizational structure Complexity, centralization, formalizationhave the capability of predicting psychological empowerment respectively.
