Abstract:

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between Supply Chain Integration (SCI)and satisfaction of customers of Iran Khodro sales representatives in the City of Qazvin. Thepopulation consisted of all suppliers, operations managers, marketing managers and sales managersworking as Iran Khodro sales representatives in the city of Qazvin (N=254). Using Morgan Table,155 individual were selected as the study’s samples. Data were collected through a standardizedquestionnaire developed by Wanta Yu and colleagues (2013). Using the SPSS software, thecollected data were analyzed through Regression Analysis. In this study, 4 hypotheses were posedand all of them were confirmed after statistical analyses. According to the results, internalintegration positively affects customer and supplier integration and customer and supplierintegration have positive effects on customer satisfaction.
