Abstract:

The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of the training course of adornment system(S5) of Azin Khodro Company based on Kirkpatrick model. For this, the training course 5S wasevaluated based on the Kirkpatrick model. This training course was evaluated in terms of fourindicators involved in the Kirkpatrick model consist of the reaction of students to the trainingcourses, students’ learning level, the changes resulted in the behavior of students and the resultsof the implementation of the training courses. Participants were 25 people including supervisorsand managers of the company. Data analysis was accomplished using T - test for dependentgroups and descriptive statistics were used by SPSS software. The findings indicate that studentswith respect to important factors in a training course have shown favorable reaction to theimplemented training courses. As well as, the training course causes to increase students'knowledge level desirably. In terms of the changes in employee behavior, findings show that thechanges is desirable end finally results show the effectiveness of the training course 5S, andexperts of education and heads of product lines believe that this effectiveness is in the desirablelevel.
