Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge management with productivity in point of view of employee in the organization. The type of this study is Descriptive-Survey and it is appliance study. Data that are collected from questionnaire are analyzed with SPSS and the results show that there is a relationship between knowledge management and productivity
