Abstract:

With the advent of renewable energy and smart-grid in power system, the network faced new challenges. Islanding and stochastic behaviors of power systems are the most important challenges of a micro-grid. Adjustable loads and distributed generations are two component of smart grid with stochastic behavior that has effects on energy scheduling. In this paper, minimizing operation cost of micro-grid is objective of the problem. The micro-grid operation modes are composed of a grid-connected master problem and islanding operation. The proposed method minimized the operation cost of micro-grid with evolutionary algorithms and GAMS software. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method with these two ways
