Abstract:

In this work, fabrication technique of graphene paper and its electrochemical behavior as a supercapacitor electrode are presented. Graphene oxide (GO) paper was fabricated by vacuum filtration method and then, was reduced by aid of hydroiodic acid (HI) and acetic acid and obtained flexible garphene paper. For assess the reduction of GO paper, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy analysis was carried out. Electrochemical behavior of prepared electrodes was investigated in 30% KOH solution. Specific capacitance was obtained to be 111 F/g using cyclic voltammetry at 10mv/s scan rate.
