Abstract:

In this study, we have reviewed the effect of cathode material of electrochemical cells on the electrodeposition and Based on obtained results, were synthesized cuprous oxide nanoparticles. The growth orientation, morphology, and size of the resulting products can be controlled by adjusting the deposition parameters such as deposition voltage, current density, temperature, etc and by purposefully changing of the electrodes material. Finally information on particle size and morphology were characterized by techniques of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
