Obesity is one of global health issues and the effort to find a way to lose weight or stabilize it is one of the greatest efforts in scientific studies. Accordingly, we used new tests and methods like hypnotherapy, psychological tests, CBT1 and native herbs of Golestan province to meet this goal. The results of tests before and after the experiment are as follows:Equal number of male and female cases randomly selected as samples. 240 men and women at the age of 18-55 years with full awareness and contentment were examined in three groups (n=80) by aforesaid tests, and the results of pretests and post-tests studied in a specific time.Women participants should not be pregnant and neither men nor women participants could be addicted or psychologically ill hence the health and sanity of individuals are important.
