Abstract:
Iran in terms of seismicity activity of the Earth is considered high risk and unfortunately at the forefront of countries where earthquake damage to lives and property has been tremendous. To reduce the cost of earthquake-resistant buildings and upgrading existing buildings is essential. Given the importance of this issue, this paper assessed seismic vulnerability of buildings in Bushehr graduate with knowledge of the current status of the building and determines the vulnerability of its quality and overall strategies for improving the current situation building. By examining the results of the analysis and evaluation of development options, use the option of adding shear walls reinforced with steel beams and columns global economic point of view would be suitable for this building. It also seeks to analyze and evaluate the use of options to increase the scale of the economic foundation for the building is recommended and in general, as well as upgrading and retrofitting of buildings to restore and general changes in the economic life of the structure is more to be considered
