In This protocol, we have reported Nano Ni as an efficient and environmentally benign nature catalyst for the one-pot three-component Biginelli synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2- (1H)- ones derivatives via β-keto esters, aldehyde derivatives and urca/thiourea under thermal and solvent-free conditions with short reaction times and excellent yields. The most benefits this procedure is such as inexpensive and non-toxic catalyst, eco-friendly, solvent-free conditions, simple operational procedures, enivironmentally benign nature, one- pot, ecxellent yields.
