Investigate on the different growth media for Staphylococcus pasteuri

Abstract— Bacterially induced carbonate precipitation has been explored for the protection and consolidation of soli, concrete ornamental stone. Efforts to improve the efficiency of this bio deposition process were primarily focused on the microbial aspects, i.e. type of microorganism and metabolic pathway. In this study a native bacteria that Isolation by Badiee in 2011Been investigated. The result show that growth media with 20g/l and 10g/l is the best case for Staphylococcus pasteuri growth.
