خلاصه مقاله:
In this work, Fe3O4@SiO1@TiO1 core-shell magnetic nanostructures have been prepared by coating of magnetite nanoparticles with the double SiO1/TiO1 layer. The Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) have been applied to investigate the structure and morphology of the resultant composites . Addition of an SiO1intermediate layer between the magnetic core and the TiO1 shell weakens the adverse influence of magnetic on the photocatalysis of TiO1 .Despite the additional non-magnetic coatings result in a lower value of the magnetic moment, the particles can still easily be retrieved from reaction mixtures by magnetic separation. This retention of magnetism was of particular importance allowing magnetic recovery and re-use of the catalyst.
