In this paper, a new controller that is inspired by mammalians middle brain is designed and implemented as a pattern. Pattern describes a problem, which occurs over and over again in our environment, and then describes the core of the solution to that problem .Applying BELBIC pattern is easy in control system design and users can apply it in agile prototyping and packaging.
