خلاصه مقاله:
this paper provides our latest research for enhancing laser diode or LED (super luminescent, edge emitter etc....) output field (beam of light) from small viewing angle to 360 or 180 degree viewing angle with almost homogenous intensity of light in all directions and almost no absorption of light and no extra space for lens in compare with ultra (high, mega, super high, super flux) bright LEDs. In this paper we have tried to analyze LED with one slit in front of its plastic package using Fresnel-Kirchhoff diffraction formula based on Huygens-Fresnel principle. The experimental measurement on the test device confirms our theoretical predictions. It is obvious that micro-holes inside normal lens is the most distinguished feature of porous lenses.
