A new circuit for multi input voltage mode min/max detecting in CMOS technology is proposed, which is more simple, precise and faster unlike other designs. Merging min and max circuits into one circuit is also discussed, and a best method for two input circuits is introduced. The circuits are simulated with HSPICE using MOS transistors models for 0.35u technology.
