In all organizations, particularly service organizations, risk management is the keyto retain and attract customers in order to improve organizational performance. On the otherhand, environmental changes and competitive dynamics have prompted organizations to becompetitive to maintain advantage, achieve customer satisfaction and gain new customers. Inthis descriptive survey, the studied population includes staff, members, brokers and auditorsof SEO. Using random sampling, 69 samples are selected for this study. The results show thatSEO well performs in terms of four aspects of organizational strategic performancemanagement. Moreover, there is a positive significant relationship between some aspects oforganizational strategic performance management and risk management
