It is proved that some performance f actors like motivation, are influenced by the employees'demographic characteristics, mentioned by many researchers as an effective factor on employees' performance dimensions. The objectiveof this research was to investigate the impact of judges' demographic characteristics on their quantitative and qualitative performancedimensions. The statistical population of this research were the judges of Khuzestan Provenance Courts (Iran) through the years 2008 up to2014. Since the complete information about the population members' demographic characteristics and their performance was available, westudied the whole population. Judges’ demographic characteristics data collected from their personnel information files and the data of theirperformance collected from Judicial Case Management System. Analysis of variance (2-way ANOVA) and parameter estimate tables by95% confidence level used for data analysis and separate statistical test used for every dimension of performance. The results showed thatdemographic characteristics have significant influence on judges' performance dimensions, although their effect on each dimension ofperformance was different.
