خلاصه مقاله:
Studies have constantly demonstrated that any kind of physical and psychological damage, which unbalances occupational burnout in an organization, decreases the effective performance of that organization and its employees and provides the ground for lack of job satisfaction and reduced organizational commitment. The more the negative attitudes toward the job, the more the negative consequences and lack of job satisfaction would be, which results in a negative attitude. In this study, with reference to special conditions of Hormozgan University, attempts were made to evaluate the relationship between occupational burnout on the one hand and job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the other. According to the results of this study, it is recommended for high-ranking authorities of organizations to always try to make practical decisions for promoting education and welfare levels of their employees
