Management of ground water is very important to meet the increasing demand of water. Ground water deterioration is receiving increased attention. In this research, groundwater level decrease at two time series are studied. The purpose of this study is groundwater level decrease estimation with geo statistical method. The geostatistical analysis of the groundwater levels from 11 water wells in ZARIVAR basin area was conducted according to GIS methodology. Spatial interpolation was carried out using geostatistics ordinary kriging model throughout modeling semivariogram and covariance. Afterward the surface was generated for water level map, which shows the groundwater is at a deeper level in the southern parts of the study area. However, it gradually becomes shallow in the north. As main study purpose, Groundwater levels have declined significantly in 2113 compared to 1991. That this decrease is the result of the indiscriminate harvesting of water resources and drought.
