The Effect Of Priming On The Wheat Seeds Function

Seed priming technique by which the seeds become ready physiologically and biochemically to germinate before being into their bed and exposed to environment’s ecologic conditions.As a case study a test was conductedin Darion district of Shirazin order to examine the effect of priming on wheat function; so a farm of two hectares was selected of which one hectare was for the test and another one was as the witness. The bed preparation for the cultivation was executed in the same way in both of them. The figureused for wheat was atela which planted on the witness farm as usual method; first wheat seeds were sowed in water for ten hours on the experimental farm; then they weretaken out and put in shade to dry them. Then they were planted by centrifuge device. After the storage which was executed completely the same in both pieces the product harvest was in a special part of each piece and the product function was estimated per area unit. The analysis finings indicated that the seed priming operation increased not only the height of the stem, tigella, spike and the length of the radicule and the length and weight of the root and the weight of the Thousand Grains, but also significantly the wheat operation
