Knowledge management in school- based system of Management

Knowledge management includes strategies for creation ,identification, systematization and regulation of an organization's vital information and skills that guarantee the realization of its' objectives.By reliance on technology to create new information-related behaviors, and the development and sharing of information through encouragement as a pivotal strategy in educational system, is based on such principles that their implementation prepares the grounds for effective information management.These principles are: training and empowerment of active personal school, lack of centralization, relegation of responsibility, participatory management with reliance on decision making groups and association at different levels of school, increase and improvement of information and communication networks within school with regard to its environment, performance evaluation and reward for the active personnel in school based on the extent of their participation in the decision making groups and associations .Concerning the sample: the community of research is selected between dropped out students situated in Tehran of education According to the literature for volume determination.90 students in each level were randomly selected for the samples required in the sectional and transversal researches by the cluster sampling method .The data were analyzed by SPSS of software and the analytical one way variance methods and then, the design of frequent measurement and multi comparison test were analyzed.The result of research showed that: The role and significance of information management in moving towards school independence, the potential suitability of school- based system of management for broad utilization of different models of information management ishighlighted and their mutual dependence discussed.
