خلاصه مقاله:
Proline is a α-amino acid and one of the twenty DNA-encoded amino acids. The separationand determination of proline has been considered by several analytical methods including ionmobility spectrometry (IMS) [1]. Under the conditions of IMS employed in this study,ionization of an analyte is carried out mainly by proton-transfer reactions from the reactantions. Also, the proton affinity of proline evaluated by DFT is in very good agreement withexperimental data and confirms the reliability of B3LYP/6-311++G** computations in thisfiled [2].
