During last five years, perovskite solar cell has absorbed scientist’s attention from allparts of the world[1]. As a very important component for perovskite solar cells, wide bandgap materials such as TiO2 for their unique characteristics such as wide range ofapplications, controllable framework compositions and tunable pore sizes have attractedscientists [2]. In this study, our aim is to show that application of Nb-doped TiO2could improve the efficiency of perovskite solar cell.
