One way to improve the performance of hole blocking layer (HBL) is to dope with a suitablematerial to improve the properties of the HBL. For this purpose, TiO2 has been doped withMg to improve photoanode properties of Dye Synthesized Solar Cell (DSSC) [1]. In thisstudy, we are going to use Mg-doped TiO2 as a blocking layer in perovskite solar cell.
