The increasing demand for clean energy and the largely potential of the sun as energy source ismaking solar energy conversion technology increasingly important. As a result the demandfor solar cells which convert sun light directly into electricity is growing solar or photovoltaic (PV)cells are made up of semiconductors materials that absorb photons from sunlight and then releaseelectrons causing an electric current to flow when the cell is connected to a load.PbS is in manyfields such as solar cells.PbS to the band gap 0.41ev is appropriate to have a wider range of solar cell.
