خلاصه مقاله:
Over the decades, there has been broad research in pharmaceutical chemistry to designeffective anticancer drugs, potentially valuable in the treatment of diverse cancers. A numberof palladium complexes with aromatic N- and N,N-containing ligands and N,O- containingligands as well as those with O-chelating ligand have been investigated as potential antitumordrugs [1,2]. Since it was very important to study of interaction mechanisms between drugsand serum albumin in aqueous solution in order to understand of the pharmacokineticbehavior of a drug and for the design of their analogues with effective pharmacologicalproperties. Herein, we present the binding properties of a new water-soluble palladium(II)malonate complex with HSA using various spectroscopic techniques under physiologicalconditions.
