Abstract:

هدف این پژوهش تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر رضایت شغلی میباشد بر این اساس، یک مدل نظری در رابطه با پنج بعد مدیریت دانش) کسب دانش، به اشتراکگذاری دانش، خلق دانش، کدگذاری و حفظ دانش( و رضایت شغلی ارائه شدجامعه آماری این پژوهش چند سازمان دولتی در استان همدان میباشد حجم نمونه 240 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران انتخاب شد. برای جمعآوری داده از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. حدود 230 پرسشنامه جمع آوری و وارد تحلیل شد برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از نرمافزارهای spss و smartPLS استفادهشده است. نتایج تجربی این پژوهش نشان داد که فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش بهخصوص دانش درونسازمانی در محیط کار بهطور قابلتوجهی با رضایت شغلی کارکنان در ارتباط است. تأثیر سه بعد از ابعاد مدیریت دانش بر رضایت مثبت بود اما دو بعد آن یعنی کسب دانش و کدگذاری دانش بررضایت شغلی تأثیر نداشت. آزمونهای آماری این فرضیهها و سطوح برازش مدلها،به همراه نتیجهگیریهای تفصیلی و پیشنهادهای اجرایی در پایان مقاله آورده شده است
