Abstract:

Carbon nanotube field-effect transistor technology is a new method for solving problems in CMOS for shortening the length of the channel. The present study designed and simulated a two-stage operational amplifier (op-amp; OTA), which is an essential element of analogue and mixed systems. These are used at different levels of complexity to accomplish tasks such as production of DC bias filtering and amplification. CMOS 90 nm and CNTFET are used for analysis of the operating point, small signal analysis of gain and consistency, large signal analysis of changes in speedof output. The simulation results show that the increase in nanotubes was obtained with a change in the chiral vector in the OTA circuit, cut-off frequency of 638 GHz, phase margin of 74°, slew rate of 12 , 71dB = gain, and bandwidth of 878 MHz . This value was much better than the results for CMOS
