خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper the design procedure of a programmable fuzzy membership function generator (MFG) is discussed. A novel Min/Max architecture is introduced and designed in current mode which is used to generate the desired fuzzy membership shapes. Because of the simple structure, the designed circuits consume a small area on the chip. These features along with careful design considerations and programmability, qualify the proposed architecture to be widely used in Fuzzy Logic Controllers. Post- Layout simulation results confirm the accurate performance of Min/Max circuit. The power consumption of whole structure is 384μW from a 3.3V power supply using TSMC 0.35μm CMOS technology
