Abstract:
The UV/TiO2 process was used for investigation the removal of Acid yellow 23(tartrazin). The effectof parameters such as initial concentration of dye, UV light intensity, initial dosage of nano TiO2 andtime were investigated. The results were not exactly the same by repeating the tests in the sameconditions, so for showing the vagueness and uncertainty fuzzy logic has been used. In fact by usingfuzzy set theory and fuzzy interpolation, mathematical method was presented for removal of theTartrazin by UV/TiO2 process.
