Abstract:
Mostly squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), a local disease in the oral cavity that more than300,000 people worldwide are involved in the disease. America Cancer Society estimates thatover 30,000 new cases of oral cancer were diagnosed in 2006, 3% of all cancers in men and 2%of female tumors. These cancers may be less common than other cancers, but it is very highlethal effect. Recently the role of microRNA has been evaluated in cancer. Their role asintermediaries in the posttranslational gene expression or suppression of target RNA (mRNA) orby inhibiting translation of target genes has been proposed. Mir-133a no effect on cell growth, migration and invasion, while depending on the cell type expression. Overexpression of the mir-133a is a diagnostic marker for cancer cells. mechanisms of the targets related to miR-133a ingentrail2 were examined and it was found that drugs affecting the stitch-related drugs inhibit theexpression of mir-133a, which is one of the diagnostic markers OSCC is CI-1033 drug. EGF andEGFR receptors is related to the CI-1033. suggested that in future studies identified otherreceptors and drugs related to OSCC.
