خلاصه مقاله:
In earthquake engineering studies, in addition to stabilization structures, by doing some methods we can damp force of earthquake waves. The parameters that have effect on weakening or intensifying of earthquake are some things like, type of soil, dynamic properties, soil depth, foundation depth and epicenter distance. Shaking because of earthquake causes some effects on soil, such as liquefaction and settlement that happen because of compaction. On this paper we have tried to present some ways to encounter or at least reduce the earthquake effects. There are many methods for soil improvement to increase soil strength, to earthquake danger, such as Compaction, Vibratory methods, Grouting, Soil Reinforcing, Using of Piles, Soil Mixing and Soil Draining.
