JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS (HUMAN& EQUIPMENT)

This paper will discuss about safety of seaman’s and equipment’s before start of any job. With this regard safety and error of tasks were checked and investigated. Which some of them are clear in marine notice or other notice which are clear and published by IMO ,classification society or by company DMA (casualty report, near miss,…) ,and after search of these incident understood almost they have similar source as a human errors. With this regards It can consider same instruction for control of incidents. All hazards and errors which can occur during maintenance of equipment (for worker and machinery) will be marked and make a plan for them. Finally if these precaution and instruction were followed by staff causes reduce the incident that means cost and expenses are reduced and controlled. Risk assessment, the proactive and systematic assessment of risks, is a standard element of most offshore and maritime companies’ safety management systems. Risk assessment is a powerful and flexible tool to identify and control potential undesirable events that can have safety, environmental, quality, or financial repercussions. The focus of these Guidance Notes (prolusion) is risk assessment applied to work tasks, commonly referred to as job safety analysis for human and equipment
