خلاصه مقاله:
A general and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of 3-aminoalkylated indoles by a three-component coupling of indoles, aldehydes, and amines in the presence of tris(hydrogensulfato) boron as a catalyst at 90 oC. These conditions provide for simplified operation, easy purification, excellent yields and environmentally benign reaction condition. Also, this method avoids the use of expensive catalysts, toxic solvents and chromatographic separation.
