Abstract:

In this study synthesize, characterization and antibacterial activity of the silver nanoparticles (SNPs) by Arial of Malva sylvestris extract as a mediate were reported. Characterization of the as-biosynthesized SNPs was carried out by using Fourier transform IR spectroscopy at different values of extracted Malva sylvestris. The morphology of biosynthesized SNPs was investigated by applying of X-Ray diffraction, transition electron microscopy (TEM) and Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE–SEM) methods at various concentrations of extract plant. After validity of SNPs formation by evaluation of mentioned techniques results, its antibacterial properties was studied against gram positive (Bacillus cereus and Staphyloccocusaureus) and gram negative (Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium) bacteria. The results indicated that a stronger antimicrobial effect for SNPs than it's of AgNO3 and Malva sylvestris extract. This article by fallowing of SNPs formation at divers Malva sylvestris extract concentrations introduces a green, fast and easy method for preparing of these well-known nanoparticles.
